Refund policy

All requests for refunds or exchanges due to defective materials must be accompanied by a photograph of the damage, which should be sent to CreationsbyShannonE@gmail.com. Please include your request and order number in the subject line. Failure to adhere to proper care instructions for the cup will nullify any eligibility for a refund or exchange.

I, Shannon Conney, take great pride in my craftsmanship and am committed to resolving any issues promptly.

In cases where the issue arises from a defective product, the item must be returned prior to the issuance of a refund. Please note that if your product requires remaking, there is no guarantee that the same item will be available. If the product is damaged during transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS or UPS. When submitting a claim, you will need to provide your invoice and tracking number.

All sales are final as each product is customized after you place your order.ย
